With the Aquacare collection, dental professionals are provided with a truly unique solution for both air-polishing (for highly efficient prophylaxis) and air abrasion (for restorative dentistry).

Enabling contact-free dentistry, the Aquacare collection from Veloplex International features two models, known as the Single & the Twin:

The Single Model – Ideal for the hygienist that wants just to Clean with Aluminium Hydroxide, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate Soft or Sylc. Or for the clinician that just prefers to sandblast. The single model operates with a unique ’Nespresso’ concept – allowing users to simply change media cartridges to suit their desired treatment option.

The Twin Model –  Much like the single model, the Aquacare twin is the perfect tool for dental air abrasion, and air polishing for cavity preparation, cleaning and stain removal. Experience maximum convenience and flexibility with the Aquacare twin, changing between treatments (abrasion or prophy) at the flick of a switch.

Powders –  AquaCare uses breakthrough technology to deliver a comfortable, quick clean procedure, by using a fine stream of fluid combined with a tiny volume of powder directed at the teeth to be treated. Each cartridge has a unique colour for each powder, so you can quickly identify the media you wish to use.

Tips & Handpieces – One of the main features of the Aquacare models are the patented handpiece. The handpiece delivers a high-speed fluid stream, fed from the AquaSol, to create a liquid curtain around the abrasive medium. The autoclavable handpiece comes in colour-coded nozzle sizes. The long-life tungsten carbide nozzles are easily changed to suit the treatment.
